Results of Annual General Meeting

Results of Annual Meeting held on 24 August 2007:

1. Financial Statements: Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March were adopted.

2. Re-election of Directors: Grant Paterson, Dr Wayne Burt and Richard Le Grice were each re-elected as directors.

3. Re-appointment of Auditors: Ernst & Young were re-appointed as auditors and the Board was authorised to fix their remuneration for the ensuing year.
